The rehab process has begun on this 56 year old gem. The Collegiate 5 speed was the go to bike for a lot of us growing up in the 60’s and 70’s. The sky blue paint on this bike is very nice and the decals are really good. We have it all torn down and are now cleaning all the parts, polishing all the paint and de-rusting all the chrome. When it all goes back together in the next week or so, we will trick it out with a variety of period correct Schwinn accessories.
