Huntington has got it going on with trails being enjoyed and expanded. Schenkel Station (11 West State Street) is the central hub for the local trails network. Marked (and mapped) routes around the four quadrants of the city, as well as routes around the four quadrants of the county can be accessed from here. There are places to park, access to water, and now a map kiosk as well as a bike repair stand with selected tools and an air pump. Come enjoy riding the beautiful trails along the Little River, up to Huntington University and out to Lake Clare. Huntington is proud to be a participating community with the Northeast Indiana Trails United.
